Competitive Team at Epic Gymnastics

At Epic Gymnastics, we strive to create a gym culture where girls thrive together.

Our competitive team is built on encouragement, accountability, teamwork, and growth. We believe strong athletes are developed through support and consistency — not fear, pressure, or comparison.

We are intentional about avoiding a toxic, fear-based environment. Instead, we create a space where athletes:

• Feel safe to work through new and challenging skills

• Support and celebrate one another

• Learn resilience through hard work

• Grow in confidence both inside and outside the gym

• Understand that mistakes are part of progress

We believe in pushing athletes to reach their potential while protecting their love for the sport.

Our Competitive Program

Epic Gymnastics proudly competes in the
Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) competitive program.

AAU allows us to:

• Provide a structured competitive experience

• Focus on athlete development and progression

• Maintain flexibility and balance for families

• Offer competitive opportunities in a positive, supportive environment

Our team athletes train consistently, compete throughout the season, and represent Epic Gymnastics with pride — all while still being kids, students, sisters, musicians, and friends.

We believe gymnasts can be committed athletes and still have real lives.
